Abaq Digital Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. You (as Affiliate Members) must only use any material from Abaq Digital as meant to promote products from Abaq Digital website only, any attempts of stealing property will result in termination of affiliate membership under Abaq Digital Affiliate Program immediately
2. You shall only promote Abaq Digital products as long as it not a spam to the point it caught the attention of authorities, failure to comply will result in termination of affiliate membership under Abaq Digital Affiliate Program immediately
3. You may only promote Abaq Digital with the sole purpose of exposure, you shall not question or act against the intended way as per Abaq Digital original instructions. Failure to comply will result in termination of affiliate membership under Abaq Digital Affiliate Program immediately
4. You are free to promote in any form of manner to your discreet direction, however it shall not be beyond Abaq Digital product description and promotional marketing material. Abaq Digital does not hold any accountability for context which was said to be untrue within the organization. You shall amend the falsified information to the affected consumer.
5. The organization does not monitor the activity of its affiliate membership. Each action and implication were solely under the full responsibility of the individual affiliate members.
6. You are not only limited to comply with all of the terms and conditions as illustrated above, but also to comply with the following instructions from organizations
   1. the right for organization to inquire about where exactly our affiliate links are used;
   2. the right for organization to access any platforms or locations that may be exclusive, such as the organization affiliate links are used in by the affiliates’ membership programs or courses, for instance;
   3. and the obligation of affiliate members to inform the organization as soon as possible regarding how the organization affiliate links are used and providing the organisation with said access to those exclusive platforms.
7. The organisation shall not be put under any liability for any untrue or misleading claims stated by the affiliate members, it is the responsibility of affiliate members to provide accurate information with customers.
8. Affiliate members should be rewarded with commission rate
   1. for thirty Malaysian Ringgit (MYR 30) per each successful sales transaction which has been recorded within Abaq Digital software;
   2. Members shall receive the payout per each accumulated value of one hundred Malaysian Ringgit (MYR 100) successful sales transaction;
   3. Only Abaq Digital software holds the most accurate information of sales transactions, and nothing else to become its determining factor;
   4. The organisation will not be held accountable for any system error;
   5. The organisation will not reward affiliate members for any sales transactions registered outside of the organisation system
9. It is within the full responsibility of affiliate members to adhere with every term as stated in the documents. Failure to comply with any of the conditions could result in the following action being taken by the organisation
   1. Immediate termination of membership
   2. Compensation of any damages in the form of currency
   3. Restriction upon receiving any payment from the agency
